If you want a highly personalised ceremony that is inclusive, reflects your beliefs, and captures the essence of your aspirations, I will make sure I deliver a truly special ceremony for you. 

After my professional training, I set up my business, Paula Clements Celebrant, in 2022.

I love what I do because every person, every couple, every family and every story leading to their ceremony is unique.

I am passionate about making every ceremony memorable, personal and special. Something that is truly fitting for the occasion, tailored specifically for you. 

So often, the key to success is paying attention to the detail. This comes from listening carefully to what you want, perhaps helping with suggestions for music, poems or other touches to personalise your ceremony, and using my creative writing skills to blend all the elements, on the day, to deliver your unique ceremony.

I came from a professional background as a barrister where continuing professional development and adhering to a code of conduct were mandatory.  I am just as committed to these as a professional celebrant. As a member of The Celebrant Circle, I follow their code of conduct.  I have adopted The Celebrant Accord of The Funeral Celebrancy Council. 

I consider it is vital to keep my knowledge up to date, so I regularly attend Continuing Professional Development training sessions. I network regularly with other celebrants which is an excellent opportunity to share information and ideas.

I helped to organise a local public event, Sorting Life’s Laundry which pulled together a range of professionals to provide advice on all aspects of planning ahead for a death.

I am based in Farnham, Surrey. I work across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, but I am happy to travel if required.
